Why is my discount / promo code not working?

What could be going wrong?
Amphora often offers promotions and cbd discount codes, which means you'll likely receive communications that express different codes at different times.
1. Expiry date? – discount codes and promos are valid for set periods. Check the expiry date. Make sure you understand clearly the date and time certain offers expire.
2. Multiple discounts? - If you're trying to apply codes on top of codes or other promotions, or “stacking”, This is on some occasions not permitted.
For example: If we have a BUY ONE, GET ONE 50% off promotion running, and you attempt to apply another discount code or promo code. It may not be permitted for that promotion.
3. On a mobile device? - If you're on a mobile device, during checkout, you'll arrive at a screen where you can enter your billing and payment information. At the top of the screen, you will see "Show Order Summary" with a down arrow next to it. A little Shopify glitch, so you’ll have to manually hit the down button to reveal the discount code field. Your code can then be entered.
Customer loyalty rewards – Customer loyalty rewards and discounts generally will be allowed to be applied unless specified otherwise.
